Got Cows, Pumpkins, and Pie? You Betcha!

We took another trip out to Stoney Acres Farm yesterday for the 3rd annual Pumpkin Pick and Pie event.

We took a hayrack ride out to the cow pasture to feed the herd some mushed apple slops.

Mmmmm, mmmmm, good!

The girls each got to pick a pumpkin.

We sampled some pumpkin pie and homemade hot apple cider...

...and saw another kind of pie.

Deefer's New Haircut

On a whim, I took Meredith to get her hair cut last Saturday. I just couldn't deal with the snarly mess of her hair for one more day. She was very agreeable to getting it cut as long as she got a sucker when it was over!

It turned out so cute! I just wish my hair looked as good as hers!
