By the way, as I write this, it's sunny and 63 degrees here in central Wisconsin.

February Update

It's been another busy month and it's not over yet. Here's what we've been up to so far.

I started out the month by celebrating Charity's (center) birthday at Johanna May's Fine Teas along with Amy (left). Check out Charity's blog for more pictures of our fun birthday luncheon.


I also spent a weekend in Madison with my friend Colleen. We stayed at a bed and breakfast, dined out, shopped, and went to a movie. But most importantly we were able to catch up and spend some quality "girl time" together...we hadn't seen each other in over a year. No pictures of this trip though, because I forgot my camera.

Jason bought tickets to the YMCA Father-Daughter Sweetheart Dance but Allie had the stomach flu and wasn't able to attend. Meredith had a great time on her double date with Daddy, Eric, and Annie.

Unfortunately, Meredith had her turn with the stomach flu a few days later...yuck!

My cousin Coni took us to see Disney Princesses on Ice in Green Bay last Saturday. We had a wonderful time, thanks Coni!

We completed our home improvement projects and we are very happy with the results...

...new tile around the fireplace,

a new toilet and tile flooring in the kid's bathroom,

and a new toilet and tile flooring in the master bathroom.

Polly is still finding new places to hide. This time she's crawled into Meredith's backpack.

And Ernie is still enjoying his new home!
